Introduction

The IEI SAGP-845EV Series Socket 478 Single Board Computer has an Intel Pentium 4 Processor with 400/533 MHz FSB support and features the Intel 845G/GE and INTEL82801(ICH4) chipset. The IEI SAGP-845EV Series Single Board Computer includes memory comprised of two 184-pin DIMM sockets that support DDR 200/266/333(845GE) SDRAM up to 1GB. As well as an Ultra ATA/33/66/100 IDE interface that has two PCI Enhance IDE channels. The onboard ICH2 supports Ultra ATA/33/66/100 IDE interface. To get optimal performance of Ultra ATA66/100 hard disk, a specified 80-pin cable must be used. Additional features of the IEI SAGP-845EV Series Single Board Computer consist of a Floppy Disk Drive, CompactFlash Type II sockets for Compact Flash Disk or IBM Micro Drive, Two high-speed 16C550 compatible UART ports, One IEEE1284 compatible bi-direction port, an IrDA port, 4 USB 2.0 compatible ports, Software programmable Watchdog timer, on-chip VGA controller and one RJ45 connector.
