Introduction

The CRM/FTS-4194 chassis is highly configurable by offering a floppy drive and three front accessible 5.25" drive bays to accommodate RAID solutions. An additional, internal 3.5" hard drive bay is available with the single 425W power supply. A USB port, power on/off switch, hard drive activity and power on LED indicators complete the front panel. The compact 14-slot chassis features an open architecture design that supports industry standard PICMG single board computers and full-length I/O cards. Several backplane options are available to fit the need of the application. For high performance applications, DTI offers a backplane that supports up to nine 64-bit PCI slots running up to 66MHz for high performance I/O Cards. Other backplanes are available that support anywhere from four to twelve 32-bit/33MHz PCI slots and up to eight ISA slots.
