Introduction

The PCI-1602 is a 2 port RS-422/485 PCI communication card. It is compatible with PCI 2.1 bus specification. The PCI-1601/1602 provides two optional isolation/surge protection RS-422/485 ports to meet user’s needs. It features lots of functions such as high transmission speed 921.6 Kbps; optional surge & isolation protection; windows utility etc. PCI-1602 also comes with high-performance 16PCI954 UART with 128-byte FIFO to reduce CPU load. This makes the PCI-1602 especially suitable for multitasking environments.
