RIO-3308S-A (ADVANTECH)

The RIO series of rear transition boards provide rear-panel access to the I/O interfaces of Advantech's CompactPCI CPU boards. The RIO-3301 is designed for CompactPCI CPU boards with dual PCI-to-PCI bridges. RIO-3301 only utilizes the J3 connector for I/O tran sfer, while the J4 and J5 connectors are left unused for the second PCI bus segment. The RIO-3302, RIO-3302S/SP, RIO-3303 use J3 and J4 con nec tors for I/O transfer and provide the same rear I/O interfaces. The only dif fer enc es are that RIO-3302S provides an onboard SCSI function and RIO-3303 provides one slim-type CD-ROM connector and one slim-type FDD con nec tor for the devices in the enclosure. The RIO-3306 and RIO-3308 also provide the same I/O interfaces. Except the RIO-3308 is specifically for master CPU board MIC-3368 and RIO-3306 are for the slave CPU board MIC-3366. RIO-3309C/3309S is dedicated for the MIC-3358 and MIC-3369A series. RIO-3309L is dedicated for the MIC-3358L
