Prox-1655 supports Socket 370 for Intel Pentium III Tualatin (FC-PGA / FC-PGA2) Processor or Celeron Processor which is based on Intel 815E (544BGA) Chipset with AGP 4x/2x universal slot and supports 66/100/133MHz FSB; Intel ICH2 (241BGA) Chipset w/AC'97 Controller, Integrated 2 full IDE channels up to ATA100; Integrated 10/100 Mb/sec Ethernet; Low pin count interface for Winbond W83877TF; 4 USB ports. On-Board Peripherals include 1 Floppy port; 4 Serial ports (COM2 for RS232/422/485); 2 Parallel ports supports SPP/EPP/ECP mode & 4 USB ports. It also has built in GMCH VGA function with maximum 64MB shared memory for CRT & Panel Link (Optional) - Not enough for multimedia & 3D application Protech Systems has prepared the AGP slot for graphic add-on card expansion. For networking purpose, the Prox-1655 has also built in Intel 82562ET PHY & 82559, 10/100 Bas-TX Ethernet, 1xRJ-45 Jack, 1x 6pins header on board to have dual LAN function.
